10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all services provided up to the termination date

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
